Can we come as a group?
Yes. If you’re all paying separately, each person simply books the same session time. You’ll be placed in the same session automatically.
How do we book as a couple?
Select the Couples Package ($160) if you want to book both people in one transaction. This covers the full experience for two.
Do we need to bring anything?
Bring swimmers, 2 towels, a water bottle and a change of clothes for breakfast.
Can beginners do this?
Absolutely. We guide you through the contrast therapy process, and you move at your own pace.
